The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The shower had significant issues with water pressure and temperature, made showering quite difficult. The limited availability of hair dryers was quite inconvenient, as I found myself unable to use one during my entire stay.

Pleasant overall experience. An incredibly beautiful hotel with a great selection of a nice size and lovely romantic rooms to relax in. The staff were extremely helpful and very amiable and helped with free parking.

Constant mosquito issues without nets, aging air conditioning units needing thorough cleaning, and bathroom faucets that feel out of place. Walls need attention, as they appeared dirty . Even though the room was clean, it lacked any distinctive character was nice.

The location is fantastic, super close to local restaurants and a short ride to the beach. Our room was spacious and had great air conditioning. We enjoyed diving and fishing in the area, and the staff was helpful.

One thing to note is that the breakfast could be more substantial, but it was quite nice overall.
